I like going on the social security database for name ideas... they'll give you the top 1,000 girl names from last year. And, you get to see where the name falls (hince Eve - popularity at 500 and not Ava - popularity in the top 5)
Names I've heard that I like: Grace, Abby, Annie, Haley, Adeline (goes by Addy), all the forms of Elizabeth are a consideration - I've seen Eliza Grace (???). Maybe Erin, Laura, Lana, Ashley. Just throwing some out there... good luck! Beautiful little Weber girl already!

Oh, yes... Kate is having another girl too. So, considering both sides of the family, Samuel is outnumbered at 1:10 at this point.
