Kate wishes she was sick

Kate's a tough customer and somehow avoided all the vomit germs. Even after everyone had been well for a day or so, Nathan and I kept expecting for Kate to get the bug. This morning, mid bite into her oatmeal she said her tummy hurt, and then she went straight to the couch "where sick girls stay." She asked me to bring her a "crash chan" in case she she might "throw" and the same coloring book and crayons that I had brought Riley and Claire when they were sick.

Come to find out, she just really wishes she were sick. Ten minutes of pretending to be sick and being nursed was enough for her.

It's a nice change nursing the pretend sick. :)
