Paint is wonderful!

It's been such a joy lightening up this room.

First Nathan removed the old ceiling fan and put in 6 can lights on a dimmer. Then I began the priming. I think I've already showed you the stripes from having to paint between each panel with a brush before rolling. Oh what drudgery. But so worth it!

Also, after pointing out a $250 dollar painting at Pier1 that I loved, Nathan said he wouldn't hang anything above the fireplace unless I painted it myself. If he hadn't made me, I never would have tried. Yay for trying new things. I'm rather proud of it.

Next on the project list is that guest bathroom on the left. It's yucky, but we'll fix it.
