I thought it was obvious, but I guess everyone can't speak Lola.  When she said, "The dogth are chathing the carth."  That's her lisping "The dogs are chasing the cars."  She lisps.  And for some reason she thinks if dogs chased cars they would sound like big, booming thunder. :)
