We're spiders - my real name's Mr. Moe

For any of my family, just in case you finally got that song out of your head, I thought the title would refresh your memory and give you a song to hum for the rest of the day.

For my non-family we just got back from a family weekend lake retreat.  The cousins would rise between 6 and 6:30, stomp around the grounds and write songs together.  By the time the adults had their coffee, we were receiving invitations to their performance out on the patio steps.  I think in light of the black window and wolf spiders we caught, in which the black window devoured the wolf, they wrote this 72 verse songs that says "we're spiders" a lot.  As much as I did not want to, I was humming it all weekend and people (Tyler) glared at me.

Zach came from New York, Shann and Tyler came from St. Charles, and the regulars showed up too.  It was simultaneously relaxing/refreshing and exhausting.  We barely made the drive home.  Nathan and I went to bed at 8:30 Sunday night and still could barely get out of bed this morning.
But there is nothing like family and sharing meals together, boat rides, lake swims, walks to the park, rock throwing contests, surfing on floating pieces of foam, having your older sister braid your hair just like when you were 12, and so on and so forth.
