Zach came over yesterday before heading off to his new home in TX. We had the New Yorker (magazine) sitting on the kitchen counter and he flipped through it to this advertisement and said, "I set up those rings and did the lighting for that photo." In fact, you could open any number of magazines and find something Zach has worked on.
Of course, this is a terrible photo of a photo. I'm just an iphone photographer.
My mom and Zach had just come from Barnes and Noble where they had purchased True Food by Andrew Weil. Zach also took the pictures in there, and even sat down to eat some salad and got his arm in a photo, and his hand in another one. I was so proud, "Zach! Your hand!" :) There was this lovely teaspoon full of turmeric, and it was just lovely! Beautiful food and beautiful photography. And my mom has the only signed copy. Priceless.
