My friend, Denise works at a crisis pregnancy center. She called me the other day and said they needed to put a very pregnant lady on film for a documentary called Life Happens. The details weren't immediately clear, so I wasn't sure if they simply wanted to get my belly profile, or have me do some real acting, like grimacing through labor pains or something. Haha.
I later gathered that my scene would be in the ultrasound room. The nurse performing the ultrasound isn't used to looking at babies so far along, but she did eventually discovered that little Lola's head is no longer down. This explains my recent change in discomfort. I was just telling Ange how much I felt the need for this baby to drop and how terrible the kicking was (what I originally thought was fists punching) down low. Now it all makes sense. Her head is up in my ribs and her little feet are dancing on my bladder and certain nerves that cause me to involuntarily jerk my leg up when sudden huge pain hits my inner thigh. Anyway...
I see my doctor on Wednesday. Until then I might be losing sleep over the fear of a c-section, like I am tonight.

Silly little Lola! So sorry she's being difficult. You still have a few weeks for her to get in gear though.....
I've hear if you put headphones (and play music) on the bottom part of your belly with your hips lifted that'll get them to turn. Maybe something like crawling on all fours - I think I heard that somewhere :) She'll turn.
oh don't lose sleep!!! she will turn. glad you'll be famous!
Awww you stuck with Lola. That makes me so happy! I heard you had her today..... And then I found out that wasn't true. Oops! She'll turn for you. If I were you I'd do those things Al told you. Haha.
