I have a make-up bag that is older than my marriage.
Nathan relayed this story to me. Claire and Daddy went to pick out a new make-up bag for my birthday. Claire wanted to get this for me most of all. She said very seriously and out of great concern for me, "so that if Mommy takes out her make-up bag when we're in the store, no one will make fun of her."
