Lola update and December pictures

A few wonderful things have happened with Lola in the past few days. 1. She started smiling and cooing, and that's so fun. 2. She finally pooped on Christmas Eve (it had been about a week) and she is suddenly not crying half as much. 3. She has learned to find her thumb on her own when we lay her on her tummy and that makes for such a peaceful falling to sleep time.
Also, 3 nights ago she gave me a scare and slept from 8:30pm to 7:30am! She hasn't kept that up, but it was still a great little surprise.
We had Riley's, Daddy's, and my birthday party. This is Riley's princess cake that Grandma made.

Above, the girls are wearing their new dupioni silk necklaces with swarovski crystals that Aunt Rhonda (Nathan's sister) made. You can find her "uptown infants" baby slings and accessories at rhondafeist.com.
And this was my Christmas project I've been working on the past few months. I made some fun little aprons for all the females in the family. It was so fun. I would do it more if I had time. My girls are still begging for their own.
Christmas day was so wonderful, even though a little treacherous with all the snow. I LOVE my family, and Shannon, Tyler and Zach are in town for a bit. We were so worn out at the end, but it was great.

I did. I regret it. I'm paranoid about sharing to much on the blog, but it sure was a good one. Oh well. Next time.
