Kate has probably made about 5 chops on her hair over the past couple of months, but this one has been the most drastic. I don't think there's any way to fix this.
Hats are good. As for little girl woes - some of your issues might be solve by putting art supplies in an undisclosed location only to come out during supervised art time. :) Just a thought.
Well you've seen my blog. Sher had no excuses - she knew better. Yours had the excuse of being young still and is just really cute. Well I hope you're laughing at it now. Sher's is starting to grow out and it is really noticable.
