Fall break has been great. We made a candy-corn, burlap garland.
We went to the pumpkin patch last night to pick out pumpkins. It worked out so that Nathan could meet us there after work and we picked them out before going to my dad's birthday dinner. We ran through the maze and pushed wheelbarrows around. It was a good time.
There were dust bowl type conditions, so we were a bit wind blown.
Riley, as always, being awesome.
Riley keeps being awesome. Talking to her crow.
Lolar picked out her pumpkins.
And the super tricky maze.
I can't wait to carve up our pumpkins. Nathan won't be able to help, so if anyone wants to join us and help me dig the guts out of 4 pumpkins on Saturday, come on over. :)
Afterward we went on to celebrate my wonderful dad's birthday. I love my family and I was sad to leave when it was over. Fun times.
Now I think we need to make a breakfast apple yogurt cake. It's not officially a breakfast food, but I think it will taste good with my coffee.
Hope you all are having a sweet fall break.
