You know, good stuff.
We partied hard this weekend. The girls are growing accustomed to staying up until 11. Yikes! I died at 9 last night.
It wasn't an awful eating weekend, just had a main course of meat at nearly every meal. I just feel heavy. I'm looking forward to a lentil salad dinner and a good, sweaty workout today.
There is one problem, though. I made 137 no-bake cookies, planning to bring them to party after party until they were gone. And then I left them at home. Fresh starts are hard when you have a bucket of cookies in your fridge. What to do.
Nathan and I haven't been on a date since our Paris trip 3 months ago. Every time I say, "*sigh* I need a date." Nathan says, "Are you serious?! We just went on a 10 day trip!" But you can only say that for so long. And we need to go pre-select our puppy without the kids. Can't wait!
In addition to a couple of Independence Day celebrations, we had a little birthday party breakfast.
Kate is talking to Daddy about how it feels to be 6.
She always has the best morning hair.
Hello Kitty donut on the birthday plate.
Nathan got our stone grouted in. I rather love it.
Ange has the most beautiful baby ever. I rather love her too.
