Kate in my sweaty socks and shoes.

Just catching up. Here are some random pictures/stories.
I'm just now dumping these pictures from my camera, so here is a very late pic of Father's Day morning. This was totally the girls' idea. They made a crown for Nathan that says King of the Dads on it.
Running errands on a rainy day, the girls usually grab a paper bag to put over thier heads. But this day Claire wanted to protect her skirt more than her hair, so we cut leg holes.

I know everyone's kid puts on their parent's shoes, and Kate is not the first creative child to do this. Maybe it's my emotional state, but when she came running out of my bedroom with my ankle socks up to her knees and wanting me to help her put the shoes on, and I knew how drenched in sweat those socks were, and she just reminded me of how awesome she is, and how blessed I am to have awesome children, and how, no matter how much I hate the feeling of my tummy skin stretching, I am so blessed, I laughed until I cried.

you need new shoes. those aren't even real running shoes, they're "lifestyle."
adorable pictures. I love claire's protective covering.
your kids really are awesome. the paper bag picture may be one of my all time favorites. i like how serious kate looks in those running shoes.
and Amanda needs real running shoes because she's a runner now?!
I don't think you could possibly cram more cuteness into your house. What shall we do with another Weber girl? :)
I definitely need a skirt protector like that. Too cute.
