Hey Guys,
I deleted my last post that was an hourly breakdown of my Tuesday. I was feeling sorry for myself, and I wanted you to join my party. I felt bad about it later though, so I deleted it, never imagining that anyone would notice. But of course, moms notice these things. Dear Mom wanted to hear about my day. :)
Well, suffice it to say, the day ended well. If you already read that post, you may skip this paragraph:
The 2nd flat in a week was able to be plugged so that we didn't have to pay for a second tire. Our tire people are very nice, with a pile of children's books in their waiting room.
The quick run-down is that my morning quickly became a race of coffee chugging, tire fixing, Lola gymnastics, target, grocery store, lunch, nap, swim lessons, pick up a crib bed mattress with my twin sister (whose labor could start any hour!), back to gymnastics for the big girls, home by 7pm to slap together a sandwich for dinner, ride my stationary bike, Daddy gets home in time for mommy to escape to the shower, and finish off the night with staring at the wall. :)
I had decided to not drive anywhere the next day, but Nathan invited us all to join him for lunch, and I had totally forgotten that we still had swimming lessons for the rest of the week. HA! My brain.
I kind of knew the 2-week stretch of swimming lessons in Owasso would make our days a little crazy. It's been worth it, though. Kate has officially changed what she wants to be when she grows up, from a doctor to a swimming lesson teacher. That's how much we love Miss Lisa.
Things will get back to normal next week...until Ange has her baby!
I used to type structural reports for my dad every evening after he'd done his daily inspections. Colicky child #1 always sat in my lap while I typed, until she'd nod of to sleep. When I had child #2 and found that it was too difficult to juggle it, Ange took over the reports for me.
It's been almost 8 years since I've done report work! Just yesterday Ange gave me a little report-typing refresher so that I can take her work for a week or two after she has Audrey. I'm actually looking forward to it.
Well, it's time for piano lessons, Sam's, and more swimming lessons. Then it's the weekend!!!!

Thanks for UNdeleting your post :)
IT WILL BEEEE Worth it ALL...
The anticipation is growing - so excited, with you, to meet our little Audrey!
I did read the hourly breakdown and was amazed that you could get your kids to two activities in a day. Everything you write is encouraging to me.
I have two daughters .I'm hoping to get out more and have time for all of their interests as the years go on. They are 3 and 5 years old.
I have no idea how I stumbled on your blog but I read every post!
