Digestion

Life Changing Loaf of Bread

One of my friends pinned this recipe and I, in turn, pinned it, ran to my local health food store and bought a new-to-me ingredient called Psyllium Seed Husks.  I already had all the other awesome ingredients like chia seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, flax, coconut oil...

Digestion is pretty important over here.  I'm not sure we have a complete intolerance to gluten, but if we don't balance a bread with something helpful like prunes :) well, we get grumpy.

My "dough" is all mixed and soaking.  I'll bake it this evening, eat it for breakfast, and let you know how my life has changed.

I literally just found my psyllium in the pantry. Haven't used it for a year and just busted it back out. I usually just drink it in water. It's expired, but how can a husk go bad? Tell me about the bread when you're done. Sounds awesome
